jedi Posted August 23 Share Posted August 23 Is it possible god will exist in the shape of an AI (or several AI) in the future? Or if our reality is truly a computer simulation created by a more advanced civilization. The "god" or singularity could be a creator or administrator of our simulated reality. A superintelligent AI might have powers that, to our current understanding, seem miraculous or omnipotent. Then again, we're only about 1% more intelligent than a monkey. So, 1% more intelligent than us would be crazy. If AI do become Gods. What would an ideal God look like?
