(Omori Fanart) Dead Sister Jokes

I recently redid an old piece of Omori fanart so I can see how much I've improved over the years. To start off, gonna show off the first time I did it because I feel like it's good to show off how it progressed! I'd have to look back at the date tho because I don't remember how many years it was since I made it, but yeah! Anyway, here's the first iteration:

 

 

As you can see, it's not my best work, but at the time I was really proud of it. It's definitely majorly flawed, but the recent updated version is definitely better!!

 

 

This here is the newer, updated work that I just finished moments ago. Granted, it probably has plenty of flaws too, but there's definitely major improvement compared to the old version, and it looks more visually interesting than the old one. Also, just to clarify, the date on the corner of the new one is actually the release date of the game, much like how the album the art is inspired by has 4/1/16 on the cover.

 

Both pieces are based off of the Album 'April Fools' by The Scary Jokes. It's a pretty good album imo. Here is the cover, along with a YouTube link if you want to listen to it!!

So yeah, overall very great feeling to see myself improving, even if it seems like it's only a little. Also April Fools is a great album and gawwwwd 'In A Bitter Syrup' and 'Icicles' are so good.
